How do I change my password ?
Go to My Account, click on My Details and follow the steps to change your password.
Oops, I've forgotten my password!
Don't worry, we understand. There's a lot to remember these days, what with your Facebook password, your best friend's birthday and all that. Relax, all you have to do is click on "Forgot your password?" and we will send you an email with a new password. Don't forget to check your spam or junk mail, sometimes our emails end up in there!
I can't access my account, what should I do?
Well that's annoying, isn't it! Perhaps you're not using the email address you used to create your My Little Box account? Please check carefully.

My Subscription

Which Box will I receive first?
We all know that good things come to those who wait, so be patient, and don't spoil the surprise for yourself! What we can tell you is that the first Box you receive depends on the date you subscribed. If you subscribe before the last day of the month, you'll receive the Box for the same month as long as it is still in stock. If it is not available, you will receive the following month's Box.
Will I receive my next Box automatically?
Yes, if you have chosen a monthly subscription then it will renew itself automatically. You don't have to do a thing - we like to make things easy for you.
Is it possible to receive previous Boxes?
We are very sorry but you can only receive the Boxes which correspond to your subscription dates. That's another good reason for you to subscribe right now, so you don't miss out on any more.
I only want to receive one Box. Is this possible?
Of course, anything is possible! You can suspend your subscription at any time. If you only want to receive one Box, sign up for a monthly subscription and then unsubscribe after you make payment. Your account will be debited shortly after you subscribe. The sum of £14.95 will appear on your bank statement under MY LITTLE PARIS. Your subscription will appear to have expired when you go to My Account, but you will still receive one box, and one box only.
How do I unsubscribe?
Leaving so soon? What a shame, we have plenty more surprises up our sleeves. But if you have really thought this through, you can unsubscribe quickly and easily by going to My Account, and clicking on the "End my Subscription" button. You have until the 31st of each month to unsubscribe or you will receive and be charged for the next month's Box.
How many months' subscription can I give as a gift?
You are a wonderful person! We can't think of a better surprise for your friend or family member. You can offer that special someone in your life a 3 month gift subscription.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment payment can only be made with a Debit Card. However, we are working on other payment methods so if you have suggestions (carrier pigeon etc.) don't hesitate to share them with us for consideration.
How do I change my bank details?
Piece of cake! All you have to do is go to My Account, sign in, go to Subscriptions and click on "Change my Bank Details".
Where can I find my invoices?
To find all your invoices, go to My Account, sign in, click on Subscriptions and then go to "My Invoice".
When will payments be taken for My Little Box?
For monthly subscriptions, payment is taken near the beginning of the month. For gift subscriptions, the total amount will be debited from your account as soon as you subscribe. Rest assured, it's for a good cause so your bank manager won't mind.
If I subscribe today, when will the first payment be taken?
Payment for your first Box will be taken shortly after you subscribe. Following payments will be taken during the first few days of each month.
Help! There is a problem with my payment! A yellow page has appeared, or I haven't received the code my bank needs. What should I do?
It's possible your bank requires a special authorisation code for online payments. If you experience a problem with payment, you should contact your bank directly.
I received an email telling me that there is a problem with my subscription payment this month, what should I do?
Don't panic, this email is to let you know that we couldn't charge you for your Box this month. Maybe there's a problem with your bank balance or you've simply changed your credit card? To resolve the problem, you should modify or re-enter your bank details by going to My Account and clicking on "update my bank details". Payment will be taken later this month so you might receive your Box a little later than usual. But don't worry, it will still arrive safely!
Oops, I haven't had time to change my bank details, what should I do?
You have until the end of the month to register your new bank details to continue your subscription. After that, if you have not updated your bank details, you will be automatically unsubscribed. (Sorry!) If you miss us, all you have to do is subscribe again.
How can I track the delivery of my Box?
All deliveries are made by Royal Air Mail and Hermes, which can be tracked online. When the status changes to 'being delivered' , it means your Box is en route to your mailbox. If you haven't received it by the 20th of the month, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Help! My Bank charged me an extra £1 on top of my regular subscription fee, what do I do?
Don't panic, the price of your Box hasn't gone up (we wouldn't do that to you). Certain banks are now charging a conversion fee on transactions made outside the UK. Basically, it’s a fee associated with your individual bank, who is charging you for converting a pound sterling transaction into euros. If you have any further questions regarding this, feel free to contact your bank.

What are your delivery methods?
All our Boxes are sent by Royal Air Mail and Hermes. Keep a close eye on your letterbox between the 10th and 20th of the month!
When will I receive my Box?
For the first Box, delivery takes up to 3 weeks from the date you subscribe. For all following Boxes, we do our very best to make sure they are delivered before the 20th of each month. Unfortunately, our Boxes sometimes face a few twists and turns along the way and may arrive a little later. If your Box hasn't arrived by the 20th of the month, start to investigate : maybe one of your neighbours is keeping it for you or maybe it's waiting for you at the Post Office. In any case, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you track it down.

Oops! I made a mistake on the delivery address!
Don't panic, you can change your delivery details by going to My Account, My Address and simply clicking the "Change delivery address" button. Be warned, you must make these modifications before the end of the month to ensure that they will be taken into account the following month, if not your next Box will be out there all alone, at the wrong address, feeling abandoned.
Do you ship abroad? What other countries is My Little Box available in?
My Little Box is only available in the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Japan. We don't offer international shipping to other countries at the moment. But we're working on it.

About the Box

And what is in the box, exactly?
Drum roll, please... It's a surprise, so we're keeping our lips sealed. But we can tell you this: each month you will receive at least two full-sized beauty products (one of which will be a product from our very own My Little Beauty brand ) and a travel-sized product along with fashion and lifestyle accessories, our magazine - My Little World and goodies by our illustrator Kanako. Don't try to press us further, that is all we're saying.
I didn't receive the same Box as another subscriber, is that normal?
Our aim is to surprise you every month with new products and the latest trends. Sometimes the contents of the Box may differ slightly from one subscriber to another - it's part of the charm.
Help! I'm missing a product, what do I do?
In each Box, you'll find a leaflet showing you all the products that should be included. If the products you've received do not correspond to those shown on this leaflet, you can contact us and we'll quickly respond to you! Just be aware that the contents of each Box may vary from one subscriber to another.
How much time do you usually take to reply to emails?
We do our very best to reply personally to each of your emails, as quickly as possible. Certain periods, particularly around delivery time, can be rather busy which may cause a slight delay in replies. We apologise for this in advance!

My Little Beauty is a range of beauty products and cosmetics developed especially for our My Little Box subscribers. The products are not tested on animals and contain up to 98% natural ingredients. Every month, we slip a new product from our range into your Box. We hope you love it!
